Venue due diligence

Catering and Food Truck Venue Requirements Sheet

Collect the site details your quote and day-of plan depend on, including access, parking, power, water, fire rules, temperature control, waste, weather, documents, and decision ownership.

Use this before final pricing and again before the event. Client assumptions are not venue approval.

Confirmation checklist

Check an item only after the responsible venue or authority has confirmed it.

A venue walkthrough can change the quote

Long carries, stairs, limited circuits, missing potable water, restricted cooking, difficult waste handling, paid parking, or narrow access windows can add labor and equipment. Confirm these details before a fixed quote whenever possible. If a walkthrough is unavailable, state the assumptions and explain how material site changes will be handled.
